Refund policy

All Silt Standard items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or other preference reasons.

If an item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact christopherclembo@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed damage or misprints. Please do not mail items back before contacting us.

This policy applies to all products in the store.
